Our Nut Butter
Beetroot Chocolate Brownies
-100g of coconut oil -280g of cooked beetroot - 3 eggs - 60g Cacao powder - 100g pitted dates - 100g self raising flour - 1tsp of bicarbonate soda - 80g dark chocolate.
Preheat the oven to 200C and line a square tin with baking paper. Blend the beetroot, eggs, coconut oil, dates and cacao powder till fully combined. Add the flour and bicarb blend again, pour into tin, add in chocolate chunks and bake for 20 minutes.
